The pictures were taken at Salinas Municipal Airport in Salinas, California, on October 5 and 6. We were actually at the show site on Saturday the 5th, in contrast to Sunday the 6th when we found a good spot aligned with the flight line and camped out there outside the show site. Some of the better, closer shots of the team were taken on the 6th, since they were flying right over us, but Saturday was good for the morning maintenance prep shots (Thank God we arrived early enough for that!) and the "ground show." |
