This aircraft was all so turned over to the National Museum of Naval Aviation at the end of the 2004 Air Show Season. NMNA Restoration Department personnel removed the following items:
Port & Starboard Large Trailing Edge Flaps, Port and Starboard Wings and Port and Starboard Horizontal Stabilizers. They had been working on the aircraft touching up areas that need to be restored.

Then they loaded the aircraft on a truck and took it to its new home at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium at the Naval Academy.
