Capt. <Norm> Gandia, Blue Angel #5 pilot, 1966-67, and I have spoken and he is so happy that someone has finally taken an interest in the aircraft being returned to her former beauty as a Blue. I have spoken with the Director of Public Works for the City of New Bern, NC, where the plane is located, and forwarded Capt Gandia's contact information so the 2 of them can correspond about the plane.
